Hi! I'm Zina. Married to the best husband in the world since 1996. We have one adult son. Sewing is basically a hobby that I started doing when I was about 10 years old. My mother taught me and I continued to learn by taking Home Economics every grade from 7th - 12th. Then life happened. I started college, had a baby, got married and forgot all about sewing. I told my husband about my love of sewing and he bought me my first ever sewing machine and serger. I used to sew on my mom's machine and I never used a serger. I didn't even know what that was. When we bought our house, I pulled out the machines and made all the curtains in our new home. Then the machines went back in the box. In the meantime, hubby bought me a sewing table to go in a spare bedroom designated as my sewing space. We painted the walls pink and added a pretty border. However, I rarely went in the room.
